Awesome Keyboard

After having a great experience with my Marvo mouse, I had to grab a keyboard from Marvo as well. I was very impressed with what I got from this keyboard from opening the box all the way to using it. For starters, presentation has always been an important factor towards my opinion of a product, and Marvo nailed it again when I got my keyboard. A quality box and the little plastic sheet inside that covered the board were all the perfect touches that made this keyboard come off as quality product before even seeing it. Moving on to the actual keyboard, the build quality is very nice. All the keys were molded well and worked, all the LED's worked, and the palm rest was well made too. The keys are blue switches, so they are clicky and tactile. As far as details go, at the price point of this keyboard, I was expecting an all metal chassis. This was my fault of misreading. The backing plate that the keys are over is metal, the sides and underside are plastic. They aren't visually seen and of high quality still, but I was hoping for an all metal chassis. The usb cable is a thin braided cable, which is great as I move my keyboard around a lot around my desk, unlike my previous board that had a thicker cable that did not like to flex and caused it slide from its own strength. Lastly, the palm rest is very easy to put in and out and has little screws underneath it that allow you to adjust the distance it sits from the board. This is another great feature that none of previous boards with palm rests had. The final thing to discuss is the RGB and controlling it. First off, the RGB is great. All the colors work as intended and the animations are all beautiful. Unlike my previous boards that I have used, this one uses a software rather than a built in controller. I find using the software so much easier than hitting a command button to setup macros or changing the lighting animation, colors, and speed. Everything in the program is easy to understand and saves so much time for setting up custom profiles. With its great build quality, smart design, and ease of setup, this is a great option for anyone looking for a high end gaming keyboard that won't break the bank.

Better than expected

My Razer Blackwidow gave in and I needed a new keyboard, coming from a recognized name brand over to something I have never heard of was daunting but I took the leap and was not disappointed. I purchased the Marvo KG965G about 2 months back and I'm happy. The mechanical feel is exactly what I wanted. Those clicky blue switches are music to my ears and lighting options are vast and very pretty. What can I say, I love it.
